She was born on 12.12.1961 in Ohrid. She completed her secondary school in “Nikola Karev” High School in Skopje in 1980, and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of “Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 1985. She did her internship in the Basic Court Skopje 1, and, in April 1987, passed the bar exam. From 1987 to 1992 she worked as an independent representation legal officer for FAKOM in Skopje, and in 1992 was enlisted in the Directory of Lawyers - AKRM, after which she opened an independent law office. Guided by her ambitions to pursue further professional improvement, in 1994 she obtained a Certificate for Industrial Property Representative, Certificate for Proceedings before the Court of Human Right in Strasbourg, as well as many other certifications in civil and commercial law, obtained by attending numerous national and international trainings, seminars and congresses.
She shows her love for the profession by actively participating in AKRM since 1998, as a member of the Committee for International Cooperation in AKRM. In 2000, she was elected President of the Bar Association of the City of Skopje, and she performed this duty for two terms, simultaneously being a Delegate of AKRM Assembly. This shows the trust and respect she enjoyed among her colleagues. From April 2006 until December 2008, she was a member of the State Election Commission. In 2010 she was again elected as a delegate to AKRM.
With the decision of the Board of the Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Macedonia, from the 30 November 2011, Snezana Kaleska – Vanceva was as appointed arbiter of the Standing Arbitral Tribunal – Arbitration at the chamber of Commerce of Macedonia.
