She was born on 12.12.1961 in Ohrid. She completed her secondary school in “Nikola Karev” High School in Skopje in 1980, and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of “Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 1985. She did her internship in the Basic Court Skopje 1, and, in April 1987, passed the bar exam. From 1987 to 1992 she worked as an independent representation legal officer for FAKOM in Skopje, and in 1992 was enlisted in the Directory of Lawyers - AKRM, after which she opened an independent law office. Guided by her ambitions to pursue further professional improvement, in 1994 she obtained a Certificate for Industrial Property Representative, Certificate for Proceedings before the Court of Human Right in Strasbourg, as well as many other certifications in  civil and commercial law, obtained by attending numerous national and international trainings, seminars and congresses.

She shows her love for the profession by actively participating in AKRM since 1998, as a member of the Committee for International Cooperation in AKRM. In 2000, she was elected President of the Bar Association of the City of Skopje, and she performed this duty for two terms, simultaneously being a Delegate of AKRM Assembly. This shows the trust and respect she enjoyed among her colleagues. From April 2006 until December 2008, she was a member of the State Election Commission. In 2010 she was again elected as a delegate to AKRM.

With the decision of the Board of the Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Macedonia, from the 30 November 2011, Snezana Kaleska – Vanceva was as appointed arbiter of the Standing Arbitral Tribunal – Arbitration at the chamber of Commerce of Macedonia.

She was born on 15.08.1971 in Skopje. She completed her high school in “Josip Broz Tito” in Skopje in 1990, cultural department. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1997. In 2000  she was enlisted in the Directory of Lawyers, AKRM. Her desire for a continuous improvement and education was fulfilled through attendance and active participation in numerous seminars, workshops and training on the rule of law, democracy, human rights and juvenile justice, as well as trainings and seminars in civil law, commercial companies and protection of industrial property. She has been a certified representative for industrial property since 2001, certified mediator since 2006 and certified instructors for training of mediators since 2009.

As an active member and a delegate in the Assembly of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia, she has been the President of the Bar Association of Skopje 3 since 2010 till 2014, the Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor, member of the AKRM Complaints and Information Committee and board member of the Training Foundation of lawyers, attorneys and law interns.

In 2012, Violeta Vasileva defended her master thesis at the Faculty of Law - “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje, and was awarded with the title Master of Legal Science in constitutional law.
